Using Complete Analysis

1. When you first enter the Complete Analysis option a Select An Option window will appear with the following choices: EXIT, ALL, and a list of processes.

• EXIT – Select EXIT to exit the option and return to the main menu.
• ALL – Select ALL to validate ALL data for all processes.
• A list of processes to select from:
  • CUSTOMER BALANCES
  • VENDOR BALANCES
  • INVENTORY BALANCES
  • LOTTED INTEGRITY CHECKING
  • COMMITTED INTEGRITY CHECKING
  • TRIAL BALANCE - SUMMARY
  • A/P & A/R TO TRIAL BALANCE
  • ACCOUNTING MODEL PROVED
  • POSTED TRANSACTIONS
  • DUPLICATE INV/ORD CHECK
  • HOLD LOT CHECK
  • CUST/VEND/ITEM INTEGRITY
  • DUPLICATE VOUCHER CHECK
  • UNPOSTED BATCH CHECK
  • COST OF GOODS

Select one, several, or ALL of the system integrities to run. Scroll to the appropriate option and press Enter to confirm your selection. Select Exit to execute the data integrity check.

3. The system will run the analysis. If any integrity issues are found, command  options will appear, allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options. or select Email Support to email the reports directly to Net•Yield Support Department. The printed reports need to be faxed or emailed to the Net•Yield Support Department for analysis and correction

If there are no issues, you will return to the menu.
